Pamela Collier, AIA, Vice President
Since joining Levy Design Partners in 1983, she serves as technical and production director, overseeing all construction administration as well as scheduling, specifications and materials research. Pamela’s work on a variety of projects for the San Francisco Department of Public Works, the SF Department of Human Resources and local school districts has given her considerable expertise in state and local programs and requirements.
Casey brings an incredible technical talent to the team that includes architectural design, design and project management, urban design, and detailing with special emphasis on residential, commercial, and transit work. Casey has worked on a wide variety of project types since joining LDP, including the design of the Van Ness BRT station, several modernizations with the San Francisco Unified School District (SFUSD) and many multi-family housing projects. As Project Manager, Casey has experience managing diverse types of work from new construction, modernization, renovation and adaptive reuse. He has extensive experience with civic planning departments across the San Francisco Bay Area. Casey’s work includes the award-winning projects at One South Park in San Francisco, 1840 Ogden Drive in Burlingame, and 1614 Campbell in Oakland.
Franco Zaragoza, LEED AP
Franco is a LEED Accredited Professional and brings a wealth of knowledge related to architecture design in AutoCAD, 3D modeling, urban design, construction document production, and project management. Franco incorporates sustainable designs into projects to create energy efficient buildings for those who use them. In addition to market-rate multi-family and condominium projects, Franco has worked with multiple non-profit organizations and public housing programs such as the Mayor’s Office of Housing (MOH), HOPE SF, San Francisco Housing Authority (SFHA), and Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation (TNDC). He is skilled in modernizations, renovation, and ADA upgrades as shown with his work with San Francisco Unified School District (SFUSD) projects at John McLaren CDC and Sunnyside Elementary, and multiple improvement projects for SFHA. As Project Manager, Franco currently manages commercial, mixed-use and residential projects from San Francisco to Oakland and across the South Bay.
Toby S. Levy, FAIA, President
As founding principal of Levy Design Partners in 1979, Toby Levy has overseen and participated in all aspects of the firm’s work from programming to design, design production, and construction. Her celebrated and widely recognized portfolio earned the distinguished Fellow designation (FAIA) from the American Institute of Architects in recognition of her contribution to advancing the standards of architectural practice, education and training. Throughout her years of professional practice, she has regularly taught architecture at schools including the University of California at Berkeley, Columbia University and the California College of Arts and Crafts. As a result of her participation on the University of California at Berkeley Design Review Team and the AIA Design Review Committee, she has developed a broad perspective on the successful resolution of design problems.
