SAN FRANSICSO HOUSING AUTHORITY, SAN FRANCISCO
As part of our two “As-Needed” contracts for the San Francisco Housing Authority, Levy Design Partners worked on 5 housing sites that required a myriad of renovations. The projects varied from a total interior and exterior renovation of 16 apartments at 200 Randolph, to the replacement of over 1750 windows at 3 buildings at Ping Yuen on Pacific Avenue to correct waterproofing issues, to the renovation of Senior Housing for accessible units at Rosa Parks including the elevator modernization. At Holly Court we designed the renovation of the exterior public spaces, and at Clementina Towers we created a new exterior entry and designed replacement of all the kitchens in this 261 unit project. All the sites remained occupied during construction and designs were conceived from the start with that challenge in mind. ABOVE: Clementine Towers
